Dr. SolaiBaskaran obtained Post Graduate Degree in Administration, Degree in Law and Ph.D. from the Elite Indian Institute of Technology (I I T), Delhi.

Gained two decades of corporate experience in senior Leadership Position in various Industries in different states. He has also served the Academic management Institutes and Training Organizations for the past ten years .His significant contribution includes Proven Leadership in managing operationally and strategically large scale Sugar and Alcohol manufacturing units in UP and Punjab for nearly 20 years; maximized turnover, profitability, growth and secured markets.

Mobilized cash credit, term loans and unsecured loans and managing the debtors and creditors to have adequate fund for sustenance and growth.

Controlled large number of workmen, maintained industrial peace, recruited and retained higher talent and engaged them effectively to contribute to production, profitability and growth.

Headed HR Function at the Leadership level for 4 years as VP in Pharmacy and manufacturing industry; proven expertise in Talent Management and strategic HRM; optimized performance through effective and dynamic Performances management system.

Obtained B.SC (Agri) ,MBA ,M.Phil ,Ph.D with consistent distinction in all the academic pursuits. Completed his MBA from global Institute in New Zealand.
Gained 25 years of senior level managerial and Leadership experience in various Industries including agro based sectors. He has contributed significantly in the area of Project management ,Marketing and training and development. He has worked in business organizations like SPA Agro, Harrisons Malayalam Ltd, Ceylon Tobacco co ltd and Economic Division of Ministry of agriculture and Fisheries.

Dr. C. Rajesh, MBA., Ph.D.
Obtained B.SC and MBA with distinction from Bangalore University.
Completed Ph.D. In marketing from Jain University Bangalore.Gained 10 Years of experience in marketing and branding field in various Industries.
He has worked in the known business organizations like Silver Star India, Mean Light co (India)
He has acquired competencies in preparing Business plan, Market Research, Demand and supply Forecast, Brand promotion and training sales team to achieve the targets as per the projection. He has been specially trained in Anti-counterfeiting strategies. Had developed a strong channel base for the product according to geographic segmentation with a mix of exclusive, selective and extensive distribution strategies


Prof. VS Chauhan, B.E, MBA, M.Phil.
Gained 18 years of corporate experience in various functional areas while he was in Maha-navratna PSU like BHEL, premier private organization – L & T and American Joint Venture company – Fischer Rosemount ( I ) Ltd.
Has undergone technical training at GlassTech Solar Inc., USA.
He has 15 years of teaching experience. He was associated with premier B Schools like MSRIM, PESIT, IADC, St. Joseph, and ISBM etc. His areas of interest includes soft skill programs / Training& Development / technical skill development program in the area on Materials & Inventory Management, supply chain, Logistics and general management.

Ms. Parveen Sultana, M.Com, MBA, ICWA, CA
Gained Six years of practical experience in Auditing, Taxation, Company Law, Corporate Planning, Budgeting and MIS in reputed business organizations like PWC, MS Exports and Imports.
Taught both fresh MBA students and experience employees for six years in reputed B schools in South India and the subjects handled include SAPM, Financial Management, Accounts, Costing, Finance, Taxation and Control. Conducted nearly 40 MDP/Workshops/Consultancy in the area of Banking & Finance, Stock Market, Financial Management, Taxation, Corporate Planning, Project management, financial Planning.

Gained 20 Years of Management teaching to Fresh MBA students and the experienced corporate senior managers in best B schools in Bangalore.
