Established in 2023, the Office of Controller of Examinations at Acharya Bangalore B School (ABBS), Bengaluru, operates as a statutory body following UGC guidelines for autonomous colleges. The Office of The Controller of Examinations (CoE) is a pivotal administrative office within the college, entrusted with the task of planning, organizing, and conducting examinations for various academic programs offered by the institution. Led by experienced professionals and supported by dedicated staff members, our office plays a vital role in upholding academic standards and promoting academic excellence.The examination procedures are in accordance with the guidelines of the Examination Manual, which has been approved by Bangalore University and is in conformity with the UGC guidelines from time to time.

- Examination Scheduling: We meticulously plan and schedule examinations for all semesters and academic sessions, ensuring that students have ample time to prepare and faculty members have sufficient time to evaluate student performance.
- Conducting Examinations: From the distribution of question papers to the invigilation process, we oversee the smooth conduct of examinations, maintaining strict adherence to rules and regulations to uphold the integrity of the assessment process.
- Result Declaration: We facilitate the timely and accurate declaration of examination results, ensuring that students receive their grades promptly and enabling them to progress smoothly in their academic journey.
- Revaluation and Result Correction (Grievance Redressal): In cases where students have concerns about their examination results, we provide a mechanism for revaluation and result correction, ensuring fairness and transparency in the evaluation process.The Office of the Controller of Examinations maintains a grievance redressal mechanism to support students with examination-related issues.
The Process:
The examination system has been fully automated with cutting-edge software systems and processes covering generation of question papers, registration for examinations, evaluation processes, preparation and publication of examination results, and printing of consolidated mark sheets.
